The park will focus on the core start-up area of Sai Serta Development Zone, and the demonstration area of Vientiane New Town has been basically completed, including administrative office buildings, management flats, hotels, and business service centres integrating business, commerce and residence, which will effectively drive the clustering effect of the park, "Promoting production with the city".
