The company is a joint venture of four companies, including Mawan Railway Company Limited and Lao National Railway Company, with a total investment of more than RMB 50 billion in Laos. The project covers an area of 6.7 hectares, which is the office, living, meeting and training base for the headquarter staff of the Lao-China Railway Company, and provides security for the operation and management of the Lao-China Railway. The project will be officially completed and put into use in 2021.
