(hereinafter referred to as the "Operating Company") recently held a seminar on finance and taxation for Chinese enterprises in Vientiane Sai Sai Serta Comprehensive Development Zone 2024 in Vientiane, Laos, using online and offline synchronization.

At the meeting, Yin Guoyan, the manager of the Finance Department of the operating company, combined with his own practical working experience in local finance and taxation in Laos, spent nearly two and a half hours sharing the problems and solutions related to the audit and closing of Lao accounts, as well as the process of responding to the tax inspection in Laos and his experience, and carried out in-depth and practical exchanges of finance and taxation business with the financial staff of the Chinese-funded enterprises in the Sai Sai Serta Development Zone. The seminar will effectively help the Chinese enterprises in Sai Serta Development Zone to do a good job in financial and tax management and avoid financial and tax risks.

The operation company is the first joint venture company jointly invested by China Merchants Group and Yunnan Construction Investment Group, and it is also a useful attempt of central-local cooperation in overseas light asset management output. While continuing to do a good job in attracting investment for the Sai Serta Development Zone, the operation company, through the finance and taxation seminar, has for the first time opened up the exploration of providing professional support for finance and taxation to the enterprises in the zone, which has effectively enhanced the level of operation services in the development zone and further established a good brand image of China Merchants and Yunnan Construction Investment in the Sai Serta Development Zone.
