From January 14 to 19, the research group successively investigated Cambodia Siem Reap Angkor International Airport, Sino-Cambodian Cultural and Creative Park, Phnom Penh Kaibo Building, Laos Seseta Comprehensive Development Zone, Vientiane-Van Rong section of China-Laos Expressway, and paid a field visit to the latter three sections of China-Laos Expressway Project in northern Laos to get an in-depth understanding of the investment and construction scale of the projects, the way of construction organization, the safety and security measures, and the subsequent maintenance. He also paid a site visit to key projects such as the second three sections of the China-Laos Expressway Project in northern Laos, and gained an in-depth understanding of the investment and construction scale of each project, construction organization, safety measures and follow-up maintenance.

Siem Reap Angkor International Airport Project, as a key project of Sino-Cambodian production capacity cooperation and a key international hub airport in Cambodia, is not easy to be completed and delivered on schedule, which highlights the Group's spirit of vigorously striving for progress in the construction of "One Belt, One Road" projects. Sai Serta Comprehensive Development Zone Project in Laos is the core asset and important project of the Group in Laos, and the Group should continue to promote the construction and investment promotion of the development zone, and resolutely focus on serving the enterprises, continuously improve the management level of the zone, and safeguard the production and life safety of the enterprises in the zone. The smooth operation of the Vientiane to Van Rong section of the China-Laos Expressway has successfully established the brand image of the Group in the Laos highway industry, and it is necessary to comprehensively consider the overall implementation of the last three sections of the China-Laos Expressway Project to integrate the benefits and impacts of the construction of Yunnan Province's international land and sea corridor facing the Indian Ocean, and do a good job of analyzing and judging the situation and provide a basis for the next decision-making of the Group; it is necessary to speed up the preliminary work of the section between Muangxai and Mordin and to comprehensively implement the approval of the project, Highway design optimization, engineering cost analysis, etc., to ensure that the project is implemented according to plan.

On January 20, the research group went to CIC Banna Company, listened to the introduction of the overall development of Banna Company, and put forward opinions and suggestions on the relevant work of Banna Company. The research group emphasized that it is necessary to strengthen the development of government-enterprise cooperation, constantly explore and optimize the mode of government-enterprise cooperation, and actively join hands with the local government to seize opportunities and seek win-win situation. To give full play to the resident advantages of the Banna Company, digging into the resource economy, port economy, park economic cooperation potential, focusing on strengthening exchanges with the group, investment platforms, financial institutions, outstanding enterprises and other units, and actively plan a number of large projects, iconic projects to land, and strive to create a new situation of win-win cooperation and development.
